We spent much of the morning and early afternoon inflating and deploying balloons. Most of these were helium filled to make them floaty. Some we overfilled so they tended to burst as the temperature rose. At one point we feared there would be none left by the time of the wedding ceremony, but most survived.
If anyone who saw the helium balloons on the roof of the house was wondering how they got there …
